Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue promptly.
